In the fast-moving world of online reputation management, Reputation set out to refresh its brand to better reflect how it helps businesses understand and respond to real customer feedback. As a platform built around reviews, ratings, and experience data, the brand needed to feel more human and less like a traditional enterprise software company. The goal was to create a clear, modern visual system that could scale across web, product, marketing, and sales, while using lifestyle photography to bring warmth, personality, and real-world context to the brand. By pairing approachable imagery with a clean, flexible design system, the identity helps reinforce Reputation’s mission to build more transparent, customer-focused relationships.

Through bold, attention-grabbing social media campaigns, Transform builds excitement long before the doors open, drawing people into a space where innovation meets action. It’s an experience designed to energize your professional journey and make the future feel within reach.

Set in a striking London venue overlooking the financial district, the space was designed to feel as dynamic as the ideas being shared inside it. I created a full environmental graphics system for the event, including large-scale wall graphics, column wraps, ID badges, wayfinding, and supporting signage that carried the Transform energy throughout the venue. The result was a cohesive, immersive environment that guided attendees from one moment to the next. Throughout the conference, breakout sessions gave guests the chance to dive deeper into specific areas of the software, turning big-picture inspiration into practical, hands-on learning.

Building on the momentum of events like this, the work focuses on evolving the Transform brand for the years ahead. The visual direction is refined and extended across environments, digital touchpoints, and campaign materials to keep the brand feeling fresh, cohesive, and future-focused. From large-scale environmental graphics to social campaigns and presentation assets, the effort establishes a flexible visual language that grows with the conference, ensuring each new year feels like a natural evolution while still delivering the same bold, recognizable energy.
